Welcome to Giles Global
Strategic communications for organisations navigating sustainability, reputation and change
Worldly strategy. Sustainable stories. Human voice.
We aren’t just another communications agency. We have a deep understanding of the global landscape, know how to cut through the greenwashing and help you speak with clarity and credibility.
At Giles Global we bring two decades of global communications and sustainability experience – from boardrooms to consulting rooms and during times of significant change. Strategic, human, honest. We help you find your voice, shape your story and say the right thing at the right time.
The Giles Global Diagnostic
We flex our approach, so you stay in control. We assess where you are and listen to what your pain points are. Are you struggling to build a business case for your sustainability goals? Do you need to better engage your teams with why you are doing what you do? Is your brand narrative not reflecting your purpose enough to cut through? We assess your unique situation, diagnose what needs work and prescribe an approach that’s best for you. This way you can choose the expertise you need, for as long as you need it. We can be the team you don’t have – or support the one you do.
Training and coaching
We offer one-to-one coaching or team training in sustainability, communications and change management. If you are a leader who wants to have a voice, not just a playbook, or a team who wants to upskill in how to build a better sustainability brand, we have both in-person or online training options. Sometimes it’s about navigating the messy ESG regulatory landscape or just about how to change a communications strategy into action. We are happy to discuss individual needs and work on a plan that’s right for you.
Communications Advisory
We’ve supported leaders through reputationally challenging situations, and helped teams prepare for what they see coming round the corner – or what they might not! In the current climate, while difficult business decisions need to be made, our audiences want to see transparency and honesty in your why. If you are struggling with how to communicate your next step, with customers, employees or investors, we can advise you on how to ensure it is done with credibility and momentum.
At Giles Global, we specialise in strategic communications and change management with a focus on sustainability. Across industries and continents, we help businesses navigate their journey towards a more sustainable future – with an authentic value proposition which resonates.
Giles Global founder and Managing Director, Suzy Giles, brings decades of international experience in communications and marketing, working with purposeful brands to engage audiences on a global scale.
