We flex our approach, so you stay in control. We assess where you are and listen to what your pain points are. Are you struggling to build a business case for your sustainability goals? Do you need to better engage your teams with why you are doing what you do? Is your brand narrative not reflecting your purpose enough to cut through? We assess your unique situation, diagnose what needs work and prescribe an approach that’s best for you. This way you can choose the expertise you need, for as long as you need it. Training and coaching

We offer one-to-one coaching or team training in sustainability, communications and change management. If you are a leader who wants to have a voice, not just a playbook, or a team who wants to upskill in how to build a better sustainability brand, we have both in-person or online training options. Sometimes it’s about navigating the messy ESG regulatory landscape or just about how to change a communications strategy into action. Depending on the work we do, we bring in experts from our network, from behavioural science, crisis communications or climate change, to name a few. Our network keeps us globally aware and allows us to take advantage of time zones to deliver actionable results in double quick time.

Meet the team

Suzy Giles

Suzy has spent the last 20 years working in communications and marketing roles globally – with a remit to deliver brands with purpose and authenticity. She’s helped education institutions expand across continents, worked at the world’s largest sustainability consultancy and built deep expertise across her profession. She’s trained leaders, chaired panels and led global networks. Now based in New Zealand after nearly a decade in the Netherlands, Suzy wants to help organisations build a more positive future to inspire the next generation of experts.

David Giles

David is a native New Zealander who has come back home – bringing almost two decades of experience in business transformation and change management. From expedition leader in Africa to Programme Director for a CEO’s office, David brings his wealth of global expertise in people development and operational excellence. His passion – to help others work more effectively and with purpose, enabling people to get the very best out of their working and their personal lives.
